CRETE was awarded the Remedial Design contract to address bulk fuel terminal impacts at the Port of Seattle Terminal 30 intermodal container facility. CRETE will be designing a groundwater remediation system 20 years after CRETE Principals designed and implemented a similar system that successfully cleaned up nearby Pier 34. The team brings process design, permitting, and contracting experience and will be coordinating extensively with the tenant to minimize disruption to this active terminal. Other team members include Moffatt & Nichol and EMB Consulting.
