CRETE led a team that was awarded the Parcel 1B RI/FS and Remediation contract with the Port of Tacoma. Parcel 1B, also known as the Earley Business Center, is an 80-acre site located at the end of the Blair-Hylebos peninsula. CRETE is looking forward to working with the Port of Tacoma to help the project efficiently progress through the regulatory process.
